Working with Collaborating Physician Dr. Elizabeth Hutson.

Mishell believes that optimal well-being starts with a truly personalized approach to care. That’s why she collaborates with Dr. Elizabeth Hutson, a board-certified OBGYN and Urogynecologist (FPMRS) with expertise in complex gynecologic conditions, pelvic floor health, urinary incontinence, and vaginal wellness. In addition to her private practice at My Women's Center and Centered Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Hutson serves as an Associate Professor at the University of Nevada - Reno, contributing to the education of future medical professionals through the Family Practice Residency training program.

Dr. Hutson partners with Mishell Gallio, founder of Vigeo Health, to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and holistic, lifestyle-centered care. Together, they focus on uncovering the root causes of health concerns, offering integrative solutions that go beyond traditional approaches. Through mentorship, clinical collaboration, and innovative wellness strategies, we empower women to take control of their health with personalized support, advanced biometrics, and targeted interventions.
